Job Requirements:
Licenses and Certifications Required
Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure.
BLS certification preferred.
Educational Requirements
Masters Degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years in-hospital experience. Certified Case Management (CCM) preferred but not required.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Should have knowledge of budget processes, utilization management, case management, quality improvement, JC standards, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Knowledge of computer functions and word processing programs.
Job Description:
The Director will be responsible for directing the services of case management, utilization management and social services, ensure compliance to policies and procedures, and ensure compliance to hospital initiatives. The Director reports to the Vice President of Quality Improvement and will provide leadership and direction for Nurse Case Managers, Social Workers and support staff.
